Caramel Cheese Cake
2 Ready Pie Crusts
1 lb. Farmer Cheese
1 C. Milk
3 tsp. Corn Starch (dissolved in milk)
10 oz. Sour Cream
3 Eggs
1 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Sugar

Mix all ingredients in food processor and pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 for approximatly 1 hour. Top each cake with 1/2 jar caramel cream and sprinkle with nut crunch.
