Parve Cheese Apple Cake
8 oz. Bakers Choice Whipped Topping
1 C. Margarine
1 1/2 C. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Bakers Choice Vanilla Extract
4 Eggs
1 1/4 C. Flour
3/4 C. Bakers Choice Cake Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
3/4 C. Bakers Choice Apple Pie Filling
1 C. Bakers Choice Hazelnut Crunch
12 oz. Bakers Choice Chocolate Glaze

Blend whipped cream, margarine, sugar and vanillas. Add in eggs, one at a time, while mixing well. Add 1 C. flour, 3/4 C. cake flour and baking powder. Combine remaining 1/4 C. flour with diced apple pie filling and 1/2 C. hazelnut crunch. Fold into batter and mix gently.
Grease 12 C. bundt pan and sprinkle with 1/2 C. hazelnut crunch. Pour batter into pan and bake on 325 for 1 hour or until done. Cool for 15 minutes. Turn out on wire rack and top with chocolate glaze and hazelnut crunch.
