Dough:4 Sticks Margarine 5 C. Flour1 C. Confection Sugar2 tsp. Vanilla Extract10 T. Orange Juice8 oz. Bakers Choice Praline Paste
Cream:16 oz. Bakers Choice Rosemarie Cream
Glaze:12 oz. Bakers Choice Chocolate Glaze
Combine ingredients and knead until soft. Set aside for 20 minutes. Form small balls and place on cookie sheet spaced apart. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until done. When cool, sandwich cookies with rosemarie cream. Melt chocolate glaze in a double boiler and drizzle over cookie.
